Everything is wildly inconsistent, sometimes the steeped tea is the best thing in this world other times it tastes like bitter water. At least they're really fast.
I have visited this location on separate occasions and it is absolutely filthy. The floors look like they haven’t been cleaned in months. Covered in food, ketchup and other dirt. Tables and chairs are also very dirty. Garbage bins overflowing. It’s shocking. If this is the customer facing side, I’d be very worried at what the condition is in the back where food is made. Last time I was there was yesterday and I waited in line for 20 minutes to order. Disgraceful! I won’t be back.
