The service at this location is honestly embarrassing. They are continuously always understaffed (6+ people in line at all times with a minimum 10 minute wait) and the employees here are extremely rude. They will go out of their way to make things more difficult and will refuse to get you napkins, straws, coffee cup holders, etc - simple things out of pure laziness. Ordered through Too Good to go. When I arrived to pick up the food they told me they didn't receive my order. Provided them proof of payment and the receipt. Instead of preparing the order, they told me to come back in four hours. Why would I come back in four hours when I'm already there? Terrible problem solving skills

I visited this Tim Hortons between 4:00 and 4:30 PM and ordered an iced capp and a donut using 200 reward points. Instead, I got an iced coffee and a donut, and my points weren’t applied. The staff member’s behavior was also not acceptable. I hope for better service in the future.
