I visited this location last week and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The service was extremely slow — it took a long time just to get one bagel and a coffee. The staff member who took my order seemed to struggle with English, which made the ordering process difficult and confusing. I forgot her name, she was Indian and thin built (I’m not commenting on her ethnicity I’m simply describing her so management can identify who she is.) but she was the one who served me and took my order. Come here everyday, Cheryl, Amanda and Jam always have my order ready. Amazing service and always greeted with a smile. Great team
Every time i come , got best service. All the staff members are perfect, they provide best service, easy to communicate, friendly behavior, very welcoming, even in a busy hours, there food is always fresh, donuts are soo good too. They serve with a Smile.
