Tried to order a coffee and ham and cheese sandwich, after the woman taking my order had a 2 min conversation with her co worker while I waited making the line longer they determined it was discontinued. I said isn’t it pictured right there on your board? They said “yes we keep telling the owner to change it but he hasn’t”. At this point there were 5 cars lining up behind me. One of the slowest tim’s locations I’ve ever been to l! I waited 15 minutes for my drive through order!!!!
staff is always welcoming. they keep the place clean and organized always.
Who's idiotic idea was this???? I had to leave my car seat to reach my drink. Terrible temporary drive through setup. Like whos the person who thought this was a good idea they need a reality check. I'm not driving a right-handed or small vehicle I can't reach the window. There's a reason the standard is the window is on the left side. This was a stupid idea. Normally this tims is fine. I normally like this Tims.
