I recently visited this Tim Hortons location and had a disappointing experience. I ordered a Take 12 coffee set and simply asked for a bit of extra cream on the side. The manager told me she was “only allowed to give a certain amount,” and made it a big issue instead of handling it politely. I understand there are policies, but when a customer is buying 12 coffees, offering a little extra cream shouldn’t be a problem. It’s about customer service and attitude.
