Staff doesn’t know how to talk to the customers, rude, not polite, no greetings at all. Worse customer service.
On Wednesday, June 2, 2025, my friends and I, who work at the TTC Royal York Station, visited Tim Hortons early in the morning. When I ordered just one Timbits donut, the staff generously gave me two. It was a small gesture, but it truly reflected their excellent customer service.
