My cup was cracked and leaking, and I didn't realize it until I had already finished shopping at the nearby Sobeys. I went to let an employee know, and the interaction was very disappointing. She was rude and told me I had ordered 15 minutes earlier, when it had actually only been about 8 minutes. She also insisted that she made the Ice Capp and that it was fine, then said she would replace it "this time" but not next time. I hadn't even taken a drink from it yet. This location has excellent and friendly staff with outstanding customer service. The cleanliness of the place is impeccable.
Probably one of the most mediocre locations I have been to in while. There were 4 visible employees and it took them 15 minutes to serve as some of the wiser customers abandoned the line and left. The people at the counter acted like they were in prison camp and the customers were the wardens. The only employee that appeared like they were working was the person cleaning.
