Shocked that the manager of the location was yelling at an employee at the front of the store, with a lineup of customers waiting. Something along the lines of ‘It’s not that difficult, how complicated is making espresso’. You could hear a pin drop when all 20-25 customers went silent… The franchise owners and head office should be made aware of this and take action. Food is standard Tim’s. They never have sesame bagels or other items though. Only a select few things.
I have been frequenting the tims at 3300 bloor street for close to 3 years now. I have never received anything but great customer service. The owner is a wonderful person and her employees are great.
Absolutely the best time Hortons in the city, the service is wonderful, the girls are always ready to help and are quick and lovely
