The team is really good and friendly. They treat me well every single day and makes my order as soon as they see me in the line
I have been coming to this location for over 4 years now, especially because I work in the building. Anytime you need food corrected or drinks the staff makes a huge deal out of it. I to work in customer service, and this is uncalled for. Today I got my morning coffee, it was extremely hot but also tasted almost burnt, like sweet burnt because I get a double double, when I asked for a new one, I was ignored by one of the staff. Shocked that the manager of the location was yelling at an employee at the front of the store, with a lineup of customers waiting. Something along the lines of ‘It’s not that difficult, how complicated is making espresso’. You could hear a pin drop when all 20-25 customers went silent… The franchise owners and head office should be made aware of this and take action. Food is standard Tim’s. They never have sesame bagels or other items though. Only a select few things.
I have been frequenting the tims at 3300 bloor street for close to 3 years now. I have never received anything but great customer service. The owner is a wonderful person and her employees are great.
Absolutely the best time Hortons in the city, the service is wonderful, the girls are always ready to help and are quick and lovely
