Had customer service. Asian lady at drive through is rude and impatient.
They have 3 customers waiting in line they seen us just ingnoring . Better close down shop if you don't need customers. Typically change of ownership from Canadian to US . They don't care. Better to avoid them . I will for sure. And don't reply to me with your corporatist BS.
They short poured me on my medium coffee. This has been happening in almost all the locations recently. If Tim Horton's new business model is short pouring every single cup of coffee so that after 10 cups they make free profit on an entire cup, then something has to change. The coffee's awful enough as it is. There's no need to swindle customers. Absolutely unacceptable.
Love the staff, love the environment. Also amazing when I come in.
