How hard is it to make a double double coffee and a bagel with butter? Answer: Apparently hard, because what I got, wasn’t what I ordered.
I recently purchased an Everything Bagel from this Tim Hortons location, and unfortunately, it was the worst experience I’ve ever had with food. The bagel had a strong chemical taste, almost like chlorine, which made it completely inedible. Not only was the flavor unpleasant, but I also felt sick afterwards. This was extremely disappointing, as I normally enjoy Tim Hortons products, but this experience has made me very hesitant to return. Very disgusting customer service, it happened with me more than five times till now. The Filipino lady, which works at drive-through in the mornings, she is very, very rude . I was giving my order at drive-through speaker. They were not able to hear me or something.
