I had a very disappointing experience at a Tim Hortons location. After receiving an improperly made iced coffee from another store, I stopped at this location and calmly explained the situation, requesting a replacement. The staff member, Kirti, responded with a rude and unprofessional attitude, immediately refusing to help and repeatedly stating it was against policy, without making any effort to understand or assist. honestly one of the best timmies i frequent. staff are super nice and accommodating, display looks immaculate, and food prep is always up to standard! it’s great to grab a bite here anytime. luv yall 😻
