The person taking my order didn’t understand English very well and couldn’t get my order correct. Also the wrapping it came with was covered in other food and I had to request a bad for multiple items because they just put each item singularly on the table. Weird experience

One of the Worse locations ever, hardly understand an English and the coffee here is absolutely disgusting!!!
I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Tim Hortons. I usually go there for iced coffee, but this time, it tasted way off — extremely sweet and strange. I went back to request a replacement, thinking it was a one-time issue. The second time, it was the same — so sugary I actually started throwing up. On my third visit, I asked again and they gave me a version with sugar “on the side,” but it was still overly sweet. This location used to great back in the day. I came Sunday morning and was the only person in line. All the employees spoke Hindi with each other and did not so much as greet me to say "I'll be with you in one moment." I waited for some time. I ordered one egg sandwich with butter only on an English muffin, and the young girl didn't understand what I was ordering. I had to repeat the order a few times.
