I basically come to this Tim Hortons every Wednesday to pick up a take twelve, a dozen muffins, and a dozen donuts. Service is really great! Other than the parking lot being very small, and sometimes entering and exiting can be a challenge.. the workers here are really quick to get my order ready. Also it’s a plus that they sell the jalapeño cheese bagel here because a lot of tims locations don’t.
We ordered a Blackberry Yuzu Iced Capp and a Habanero Bowl, and unfortunately, both tasted terrible. The drink was extremely sour, and I couldn't even finish it. I politely asked if it could be remade, but the staff refused and responded quite rudely, telling me to come back and speak with the manager the next day. The employee was loud, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the interaction. Overall, the food quality and customer service were very disappointing. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
