Only two people ahead of me and waited in line for 25 minutes before being served. They did ALL drive Thur orders only the whole time I was there and 2 counter customers. Should they not be staff for customers at the counter and the drive thru?? 7 staff were working when I came in today. Then when we got out to the car all the chocolate from the Boston cream was all over the side of the bag and the napkins!!! Tim Horton's gone to shit!!! Unreal!!! Sept 6 2025
