Bad customer service and late delivery
I never do reviews, but this time I feel compelled to do one. Today was the second time I visited for coffee in the past couple of weeks. Both times I have waited a number of minutes at the counter with my friend to be served. Many staff would glance over, make eye contact and never come to the till to get our orders. A dependable spot for coffee any time of day or night. Their premium blend coffee is consistently fresh, and the breakfast sandwiches make a great quick meal. Pastries and Timbits are always a nice treat. Service is usually quick, though drive-thru lines can get long during rush hours. The 24-hour opening makes it a reliable choice for late-night or early-morning cravings.
On two visits we have been ignored at the counter, waiting for some kind of acknowledgement from any of the numerous staff moving back and forth. Not one single member made eye contact, gave a nod, a smile, a hello, or we'll be with you in a moment. Neither visits were at very busy times for the drive through or in store dining, around 11 AM. I always enjoy coming to this Tim Hortons. The coffee is fresh, the service is fast, and the staff are friendly and polite. Whether I’m grabbing a quick breakfast or just stopping for a coffee, they always get my order right. The place is clean and well-maintained too. Highly recommend for a quick, satisfying stop!
