front doors locked and disappointed drive thru was the only option. impossibly slow service... 11pm at night

You can now add this Tim Hortons to the list of ones that are incompetent. My sandwich had half the meat it's supposed to, I'm now 15 min away and not turning around. I hope you guys are ashamed of the people you are...but I doubt you even care.
