The food is nasty!! How do you mess up a bagel blt?? Couldn't even cut the bagel properly..2 strips of bacon overloaded with lettuce no mayo. Couldn't even eat it it was disgusting!! Do better Tim Hortons!! For $10 I should have went elsewhere!
I work two minutes away from this Tim Hortons. This afternoon I came to buy coffee through the drive-thru, the employee asked me how I would like to pay, and I replied, Debit, please. He was expecting me to tap my card, unfortunately, I don’t have tap, so I had to insert my bank card. It didn’t occur to me that this would be wrong, but for some reason—perhaps due to the machine—it took about 15 to 20 seconds to approve the transaction, and I had to wait. Like many other locations, the Tim Hortons in Elmira got a renovation recently and I believe it has made the place much worse. They got rid of all of the booths inside and replaced them with stiff wooden chairs. The food quality has slowly gone down over the years with sizes getting smaller and the taste getting worse. Service used to be friendly and warm but now the employees only say the bare minimum to get you your food and get you to leave.
