Ordered a sm coff - 2 milk 1 sweetner, corrected dispatch when he said 3 sweetner - surprise! Milk with 3 sweetner arrived.Undrinkable. Not really a surprise...sometimes I've had black coffee once i had black tea. This is not difficult. Is there any type of training here? Just terrible service
Today Morning I was in Tim Horton Elmira around 1.30am I ordered coffee DD and Donut Drive Thru window when I was in parking lot had one sip of cofee it was super cold and when I had bite of Donut it was dry I came back to drive thru and return the coffee and Donut and got my refund. I will suggest Manager please keep an eye on night staff they were so casual mood and selling old Donut and cold coffee. We are not expecting this kind of service by Tim Horton.
