I don’t usually write reviews, but I’ve had the same experience enough times at the Newcastle Tim Hortons drive-thru that I feel I should mention it. I often stop in to grab a large chili, and there’s one employee at the window who consistently seems completely uninterested in acknowledging customers. She’ll say the total, hand over the payment terminal and the food, but never makes eye contact or acknowledges you, even when I say “thank you” or “have a good day.” I get that everyone has off days, but this has happened at le... read more
Ordered soup! Charged me full amount and gave half the food. Ordered everything bagel and gave classic. I would highly recommend to not go to this tims. Evidence as noted.
Had a wonderful experience with Kara the other day, always nice seeing a friendly face before I go to work!
