this is the third class, Service Tim Hortons, I prefer to walk 5 km and choose another. I already added everything in my coffee that I want all this thing, but still she didn't added milk. Very bad experience with this location toady, not even my tea has sugar and brownie is very hard
Despite being super busy and with constantly line-ups, you can see the staff is trying their best to keep the flow and better serve everyone.
The Douglas College Tim Hortons customer service is actually atrocious… there will 6 of them working, several will be standing in line … no one says hi , and you have to wait 5 mins or more just for them to serve. Absolutely embarrassing.
