You guys should fired that lady on cashier who is wearing glasses... she was extremely rude without reason such a mannerless woman plus she messed up with my drink.. she don't know how to make drink.. after waiting for more thn 20 minutes if we get service like that then u should close it .. she made my drink in totally wrong way just waste of my money

I had a really bad experience at this Tim Hortons. There were four employees at the counter, yet no one was taking orders. I stood there waiting while one of them completely ignored me , showing unnecessary attitude — no greeting, no acknowledgment at all. After a while, one person finally took my order. It felt like no one cared about the customers or their job. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially from a well-known brand like Tim Hortons.

I’m surprised that despite the extensive reviews about the disrespectful behavior of some servers, especially the older lady with glasses that several people have mentioned, there are still a few staff members who continue to speak to customers in an unprofessional manner and even throw food. It seems like little has been done to provide proper training to ensure all staff treat customers with basic courtesy. this store is quite often closed and will not reflect this on their app. how about stop taking mobile orders in general
