Other reviews have mentioned this before but that short lady with glasses was so rude. This is exactly what I asked “Hi, excuse me? Do you guys happen to have forks or spoons?” and she asked me if I ordered something. “You gotta order something.” For a spoon? Ok maybe they would’ve lost like 5 cents from that, you seriously cannot give out a spoon? Also, if she was kinder about it I wouldn’t be this upset. She said it in an annoyed way. The worst costumer service ever. I ordered a brown sugar latte here, asked the old lady at the front to make it half sweet. She acknowledges it, later i get my latte which is sweeett. Told her to fix it , she rolls her eyes and says what is half sweet. You should have said the exact thing you wanted.... like wdm. I ' ve been ordering brown sugar latte and i have never had to explain what i mean by less sugar or half sweet. Anyways she makes me another one, just with milk and coffee. I really don’t want to visit again. The lady at the front with glasses, little white and brown hair. Taking my order I told her to make ice coffee with my customization but she didn’t listen and added too much chocolate syrup in it after that I told her to add the expresso cold form she said What what I think she didn’t even know what I’m talking about and what is expresso cold form she gave me the coffee with expresso form and without my things I told her to add.
