I know Timmy's doesn't get all the love but I have to say I'm liking them more and more with every visit. The coffee is consistent. The service is consistent and to be honest they don't mess up my order.
Excellent customer service provided by kirti and khush always make my coffee ready quickly,,no wait time
Extremely disappointed. I ordered Hashbrown and first the lady punched the order and then the another lady(Kirti/Kriti) came from Inside. Infront of me, she checked the hashbrowns, there were around 4-5 hashbrowns and she told another lady that this is for us. And then she declined to give me. Worst customer service and worst environment. Never gonna go again and will share with my circle and make sure they also avoid this Tim Horton location.
The staff really do not care for the customers. Worst Customer Service ever. Wish I could give 0 stars
