Some staff are exceptional and very nice and understanding. Lady in glasses is rude & attitude is on another level. U can request or beg for fresh serving of drink but it will never happen. She will give u the old stuff, and lie to ur face. Never ordering from her again.
Girls working left counter and decided working on some orange tablet gadget was more important. Line up went crazy. But Tim Hortons still has the best coffee.
Horrible the quality has gone downhill so bad and the service sucks
