Ordered a mobile order. A muffin was not available at 9:30am? Probably due to lazy staff not preparing them. Asked a staff member for a refund and she refused and pretty much just walked away. Customer service is non existent at this location now. I have been a long time customer and the old staff there were fantastic. They made the orders perfectly and did everything they could to make sure you were happy.
