Staff and service have greatly diminished. Everyone we liked is gone. Quality and service have rapidly gone downhill. Not coming back, after the way they treat their staff. New ownership is needed.
There really needs to be better organization for food. U should not have to wait over 15 minutes for my food.
Even though this Tim Hortons is in a mall, the staff still manage to make you feel welcomed while providing superlative friendly and quick service.
