Always had an amazing experience. Nishi always give best service and staff too.
For the past week you guys have had no muffins, donuts and certain bagels on opening. Did a change of ownership happen? It’s the only one I have ever been to that has nothing on opening.
I go to this location often and I always have a great experience. The staff is very nice and polite. .Always willing to help. The manager at the store is very friendly and kind. I think her name is Nishi she is a tall lady. Soft spoken and always helpfull.
My daily routine has me stop at the location every week day!( I must say I often have issues with the app, but that has nothing to do with the store.) I have witnesses staff at this location be abused by the worst, entitled customers. For the most part, they handle it with grace and compassion. I don’t know how they manage it, honestly! As for my experience, it is usually excellent and always with a friendly smile! I look forward to my daily coffee especially when Nishi (I think that is her name) makes it. She is amazing!
