Today was the worst experience I've ever had at Tim Hortons. The woman at the register showed us to the max her lack of hospitality and unwillingness to help us. After asking if the donuts were available (they were not on the counter), she rolled her eyes and went to check it out. I don't understand why we were treated this way because the woman in front of us she met with a smile and friendliness.
Staff are talking to each other and not working.
Lovely staff, hot coffee but wrong coffee. Note to self, check before hitting the road.
