They have a very good customer service.
Clean, Friendly, Quick and Amazing Service. Coffee was hot, breakfast sandwhich was fresh and new timbits are delicious. Staff are friendly day or afternoon. Always a pit stop on my way to and from work. The parking lot was spotless.
Mauvaise expérience au Tim Hortons. Marcia, la jeune fille à la caisse a été très impolie et a dégagé une mauvaise attitude dès le début. Elle n’a même pas répondu à mon bonjour, m’a soupiré au visage et montrait clairement qu’elle en avait marre en tenant son visage d’un air agacé. Très décevant comme accueil. Je déconseille.
I am not sure how to describe this, but everytime i go to drive thru, The kind of customer service I get is not at all upto Tim Hortons standard. I would like to mention a few things here, I get a plain crossaint heated with butter but i have harldy got it heated. Sometimes the excuse is that we cant heat the crossaint in the microwave, sometimes even though they puch in the system that I requested heated but they would end up not heating it.
