I go to a lot of Tim Hortons in Hamilton and they are probably the rudest people I have ever met. If you ask them for something, they roll their eyes and then they give it to you. I don’t know why they have to be miserable but so is the manager. No wonder I like Starbucks better. They go out of their way to accommodate you.
Always a wonderful experience grabbing my morning coffee before work here. The ladies working the front are so sweet and polite always!
This location is great. Jenny, Amber and Chantelle are the absolute best! They are always welcoming and put smiley faces on my coffee lid. Always helpful and kind.
