I had a very disappointing experience at Tim Hortons. I ordered 3 drinks and the order was clearly confirmed, but at the window I only received 1. When I tried to explain my order, the staff showed a rude attitude and was not willing to help. They refused to correct the mistake or remake the missing items. Overall, very poor customer service and unprofessional behavior.
I ordered grilled cheese with hash brown they charge me but didn’t get I spend 24$ on sandwiches and coffee not very nice
Coffee was shit
Terrible customer service. I would give zero star if there was an option on Google. This has happened to me repeatedly but never submitted a review. Some Staff (Harman specifically) is under impression that she is working for free and is always rude and would make faces if asked for something. Beyond Terrible- if she doesn’t need the job, simply resign and give other people a chance.
