Very rude got mad for calling it a chicken burger instead of a sandwich and threw the wraps in a bag unwrapped with other food.

I just wanted to share some feedback about this Tim Hortons location. In the evening and at night, there’s almost nothing available to eat, which is pretty frustrating. I also placed a mobile order ahead of time so it would be ready when I got there, but they only started preparing it after I arrived. That kind of defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. I hope they can improve the food availability at night and have mobile orders ready on time.

Will NEVER VISIT again. Visited this Tim Hortons at 11:26 p. m. while travelling, expecting 24-hour service. We wanted an espresso with French vanilla, but were first told they didn’t have an espresso machine, then told it was being cleaned. If the machine was unavailable, staff should simply and politely ask customers to wait rather than give conflicting information. We got a black coffee again no sleeve was provided. Management should train staff better.
