Zero!! Such bullshit you need a key for the fricken washroom! Tim hortens has really gone down hill. Oh, and I won't be contacting your guest care team, because that's a waste of time.
So rude the girls working there , she handed me a cold espresso Coffee with rudeness , I asked to give me a warm coffee , she brought after that without sugar and lied to me that she put sugar .
