WORST TIM HORTONS EXPERIENCE EVER. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND CHAITALI SHOULD GET A WARNING FOR WHAT SHE DID. I had an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience at Tim Hortons. I ordered a coffee with dairy-free almond milk, but what I received was not freshly brewed and was completely cold. When I asked for a fresh, hot replacement, the staff member, Chaitali, was incredibly rude, raised her voice at me, and treated me as if I was at fault for simply requesting a proper order. The washroom at this place was dirtiest I have been to. The staff were super rude too. Consider giving proper training to the staff. Thanks
