Washroom not clean!. Need an urgent interior renovation . Not a good place to sit and enjoy a coffee.
Worst Tim Hortons location that exists in Moncton NB!! The Staff that work here are extremely rude and extremely disrespectful towards customers!! They also clearly cant cook the food at all, cause i recently ate here and got bad food poisoning!! Either replace all the staff here or shut this location down!
Extremely disappointing experience—by far the worst Tim Hortons I’ve visited. Several employees were working, yet no one was willing to assist customers inside. My children urgently needed to use the restroom, and after explaining the situation, we were told to “wait a second.” We waited several minutes at the register inside, while staff continued to ignore us over 3 minutes. The lack of basic courtesy, urgency, and customer service was unacceptable, especially with children involved.
