UPDATE: I didn't think the owner would respond to this. Better check your cams, pal. You have racist staff. We went in and while being served I asked if there were any Asians, Caucasians, etc working or whether it's was only Indians as hiring only one racial group is racist. The woman said "No whites here; they don't want to work" and proceeded to flap her gums in anger because I asked a simple question on hiring practices. I've been going to this Tim's since the mis 2000's and from then till now the differences are so huge. It used to be a great place but ever since using the TFW program the wait times are ridiculous and the staff are extremely rude when you ask them to fix the order THEY messed up. Almost all Tim's are like this now but this one is the worst of them all.
This Tim Horton's has a 3.6 rating for a reason. They hire incompetent staff, have dirty bathrooms, can't get orders right and they take 15 minutes to hand a simple cup of coffee. Horrible service and the owner just copies and pastes the same response to everyone giving a low rating without addressing the actual issues the store has.
I was there when the racist comment by staff member was made. The guy probably shouldn't have asked why there's no whites or asians working but the Indian punjabi woman did say whites don't want to work. I think his comment was out of line but nothing racist. Staff member's comment was out of line and definately racist against white workers. Having racists on staff isn't a place I'll be visiting again. I was in the line waiting to order.
