This is the worst Tim Hortons, never has anything, I tried to ask for 3 different wraps and they didn’t have rice, chicken, sauces, then I asked for a cookie and guess what, they didn’t have it, it’s crazy. This Tim Hortons gives a really bad impression of the name, this location should be removed due to its own incompetency and shortage of items.
The service at night is very poor, the woman taking my order was very rude and has no customer service whatsoever, i asked for a wrap, they didn’t have it, i asked for a classic chicken wrap, the woman says “we don’t have a classic chicken wrap” in a very rude tone(that’s what it is called on the menu lol), they had no timbits at 7pm, certain chicken they didn’t have, no rice, barely any donuts. the store closes at 10pm, have a store prepared for the full day.. and to top it off there was a hair in my frozen lemonade!
It ok I don't go often once a while for coffee and tidbits
I stopped for breakfast (small cup of black coffee, a turkey bacon sandwich without mayo, and donuts) and stay a bit to read my book. I found that the noise level, particularly from the staff, though not overbearing, it was not easily tolerable. The line extended to the entrance door at that times but, it moved quickly. There were available seats and tables throughout the my visit. If you intend to use the toilet be sure to ask the cashier for the key. That was the situation on that today.
