I always have a pleasant experience at this Tim Hortons. Very courteous and professional people working there. My food is always served fresh, and my coffee is always made exactly as I ordered it. The drive-through is very organized and efficient. It's always a pleasure to visit this Timmies!
I ordered a ice coffee extra base and cream . The guy who was serving me had no name tag would have mentioned him . I don’t know if he want’s to work there or not because tht’s not how customer service works. No cane syrup in my ice coffee . Guy said he put 5 pumps when i ask him is he sure he said yes and when i ask him for my receipt then he started asking to give me syrup. Worst experience till today i am regular customer n go daily on same tim but please tell your employees atleast how to talk politely in mrng even if the food is not that good enough as usual the lady on mic was tooo rough n loud tell her to retire n go back to your children.
