Wow, I didn’t know Tim Hortons hired actual nice humans. Thanks to Dhwani Patel, I now have unreal expectations for customer service everywhere else. I always have a great experience at this Tim Hortons! The service is fast, the place is clean, and the staff is super friendly—especially Dhwani Patel.
By far the worst Tim Hortons location I have been to in my 15 years in Canada. They are always missing drinks and food options. Their excuse is that it’s not delivered whereas the one 2 minutes away seem to have the exact options.
