went to this location at around 5:25pm today only to be met with the most disgusting and disrespectful customer service I've ever experienced. after having to correct the drive through several times for trying to give me the wrong order, the worker that took my order decided to come to the window(Simran was her name) and start yelling and being disrespectful towards me, slamming my food on the counter and trying to throw my drinks at me saying shes worked at Tim Horton's for 5 years. she then tried to lunge at me and try to ... read more
My bagel was burnt and tasted really bad
Went thru the drive thru to order a dozen donut and a drink. Sold out of two types of donuts I was planning on ordering including Boston cream and maple glazed and only had one left of the other maple donut. Defeated the entire purpose of wanting to order at this restaurant. At that point I just decided to leave without purchasing anything. Krispy Kreme is just around the corner.
