Employees are very polite
I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I went there yesterday evening , and the staff were extremely unprofessional, with very poor customer service from start to finish. I ordered a bagel with chipotle sauce on the side, but they barely put any sauce on the bagel and still charged me for two bagels and two chipotle dips. When I asked about the sauce, they handed me back the same cold bagel and only gave me one dip. The food was handled carelessly and placed on the counter as if they were throwing it.
