Very disappointing experience at Tim Hortons. I have ordered coffee and food here multiple times, but too often I receive the wrong order. It has happened repeatedly, and it’s becoming very frustrating. The staff seem careless and do not pay enough attention to customers' orders. When you order something, you expect to receive what you paid for, but that has not been my experience at this location.
