I visited this location twice yesterday, and unfortunately, both experiences were very disappointing. At lunchtime, I ordered a cinnamon bagel, double toasted with butter. Instead, I was given a bagel with double butter. I refused the order and was told that this was apparently the only bagel available. I visit this Tim Hortons regularly on weekdays, and unfortunately, my experience with one of the supervisors has been disappointing. She rarely greets customers with a smile or even a simple “hello,” and often comes across as unfriendly and dismissive. Basic customer service and a welcoming attitude should be expected at a place like this. This has happened on multiple occasions and has made our visits less pleasant. I had a great experience at Tim Hortons.Morning and evening staff were friendly, polite, and welcoming. They served my order quickly and accurately, and the restaurant was clean and well organized. Their excellent customer service made my visit enjoyable. Keep up the great work!
Bit of a tight mess in the corner. Busy spot. Also I order extra ice every time and this is my “extra” ice. It’s happened before. The staff here seem frequently angry, but there is another person back there recently. Hopefully things get better and never as bad as across the street.
