I visit this Tim Hortons daily while coming back home from work, and Palak always serves me with a smile. She is polite, friendly, and welcoming every time. Her positive attitude makes my visits pleasant. Excellent customer service.
What a day to start with, worst customer service at 530am in the morning? If you don't like customers then don't serve at the window. Instead of listening to complete order, not making it and then arguing with customer. Find other job girl, this is not fit for you.
