I had a very disappointing experience at this location on September 26th at 8:35 AM. I was placing an order for a breakfast wrap and tea when an issue occurred that raised serious concerns about food safety and staff conduct. While taking my order, the team member Reemal needed assistance entering a modification into the POS system. She called over another employee, who was working in the sandwich preparation area.
