Very disappointing experience. The employees dont talk to each other and were extremely rude and unprofessional with customers. It felt like they were bringing their personal frustrations to work and taking them out on customers. They clearly didn’t care about listening or helping. Management seriously needs to address the customer service at this location.
They made best tea, both Robert and sarah greets with great smiles and wonderful energy . I would have given 6 stars if that’s possible.
I used to go there a lot, and I loved it, but the customer service is not the best at all there’s one specific woman that’s always giving attitude and extremely rudee anytime I ask for something She rolls her eyes or just be rude but other than that, it’s an A good Tim Hortons
Everything else is ok but there is one old Indian/Pakistani lady wearing spectacles and she is so rude to customers specially from same ethinicity as her. No ethics, do not how to talk and has her own different attitude zone thinking she owns the place. Never ever going back to this palce again and will tell others the same.
