Zero star to your service, zero to communication ,
Rude behavior. They made a mistake and blamed me, even though I gave clear instructions 3 times. I do not recommend them.
I get a ice cap with a shot of espresso, it's basically all liquid, when asked the girl tells me "I know, the espresso melted it all". In 5 seconds a 30ml espresso made the frozen drink melt? I'd avoid this place again for sure. I get the same exact drink at every tim hortons and it's never as bad as this one!
