Ordered a bagel toasted with cream cheese. Wish I opened and tried it before I left, because the bagel itself was old and stale. It was like chewing a burnt steak where you have to chew the hell outve it to get through a bite. Tried calling but of course no answer. So disappointed, Tim's has to do better
If I could give a one star, I would. I went to drive thru today morning, Thursday jolt 16th at around 11 am. There was a lad working there, not sure what his name was hence the reference. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and when I received my bagel I could tell there was hardly any cream cheese and I paid for it. I went back to drive thru and explained and asked for them to add more cream cheese. He insisted that's the normal amount.
