I placed a regular family order with bagels and drinks and also ordered a cilantro wrap. When I received my food, the wrap was missing. I went inside to ask about it, and the employee raised her voice and insisted that she had put it in the bag, even though it clearly wasn’t there. I showed her the full order receipt, but she still disagreed. I ended up having to let it go. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience with a bad atmosphere. Worst experience ever — I won’t be coming back to this location.
