Worst experience and customer service. I’m a regular customer and have a bagel with extra cheese. While today, even though ordering bagel with extra cheese, there was no extra cheese. When I went back to request to add some more cheese I was denied. The lady was super arrogant. Worst treatment for a daily customer.
I stopped by this Tim Hortons location today and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Inside the restaurant was clean, bright, and well-organized.The staff members were incredibly friendly, greeted me with a genuine smile, and prepared my order quickly. My coffee was hot, fresh, and mixed perfectly.
