Update: night staff at the drive through still horrible, and so u professional. How do you laugh at someone through the order speaker and screw up the single coffee order and say we were laughing, that's why she didn't get the order and then argue with the customer???? Tried to give Tim's the benefit of the doubt and try again, but they don't care.....Tim's lost a customer and Starbucks gained a loyal one for life! Found this in my iced cap. Absolutely disgusting! Repulsive honestly.. No idea if this is floss or what.. but I was ready to vomit. Once I called them to let them know, they showed no sense of remorse. More just shook it off. I will never be back to this location. Absolutely embarrassing and disgusting
Went in for a quick coffee. Ordered 2 hot chocolates for me and my friend. Probably Tim have forgotten how to make coffees cause it was the second time within one month, I went to 2 different Tim Hortons in 2 very different cities and both of them were just hot waters! Horribly made coffee. Not sure why you are keeping all this coffee shops in every corner if you can't make simple coffees properly!
