This place is close to my house, so I go here often, mainly for breakfast, coffee, and quick snacks. It’s a very small and cramped store, and if there are more than 5–6 customers, there’s barely space to stand. The food is fine, no complaints there. However, the staff can be very inconsistent—sometimes friendly, but often quite rude, depending on how busy they are. I think they could really benefit from some soft skills training to improve customer service.

A friend and I decided to stop by for breakfast and had one of the worst experience at this location. Trying to order, the speaker was first a female then a male so it made it quite difficult to tell who was taking our order with everyone talking over one another. When we did order, the male speaker was rude and unprofessional. We ordered a combo wanting a hashbrown but he didn’t hear us the three times we said it… Then he added the wrong drink and when we pointed it out he said “We already made it”. Nope!
