Stepping into Tim Hortons, I'm always underwhelmed by the experience. It's a place that seems to have forgotten the basics of customer service and cleanliness. The staff are rarely friendly, making the simple act of ordering feel more like an inconvenience than a transaction. Beyond the lackluster service, the dining area itself is in dire need of attention. Why do chains like this always ensure that the OUTSIDE of the food wrapper is covered in oil? They ration the bacon like it's the 1930s so how is there the grease of an entire pound of it coating the outside and inside of the wrapper? Gross.
