Drive thru was really slow. Took 12 minutes from ordering to leaving the drive thru and I only had to get a large coffee.
There is an old lady who gives super bad service, Rajesh gives super customer service
Living in the surrounding area had enough experience with sub par customer service. Came into this location for a charge and needed a snack, the front desk cashier helped me through options without rushing the process and I witnessed a very sincere apologetic convo with the server messing up an order, owned up to it politely and assisted the customer to resolve the situation.
