Today on March 25th 2026 at 6.55 pm, I was at drive thru at this location. The young lady at the window who is working as cashier was so rude, unprofessional and very inappropriate behaviour with customers like me. If you hire unprofessional staff like this, then you will start loosing your customer. If you don’t take this matter seriously, I will go to the next step. I had a really good experience at this Tim Hortons branch. The staff were friendly and polite, even though it was busy. They took my order quickly and got everything right. The coffee was fresh and hot, just how I like it. I also got a baked snack, and it tasted very good and fresh. The place was clean and nice to sit in. I liked how fast the service was and how kind the workers were. I will come back again and would recommend this place to others.
