Every morning I stop by this Timhortons and get my coffee and sometimes breakfast, even thought sometimes there are many Cars but they are quite quick and no complaints about food, and Hanifa at the window is quite pleasant and efficient! Thank you!
Hanifa has the best customer ever. She is very polite Friendly and efficient. I love this location I will continue passing for my coffee every morning 😊

I ordered an item and they told me to park on the side and that they’d bring it out. I waited 10 minutes and then went inside to check. They forgot all about it. So I wasted an entire lunch break and got nothing to eat. This was just one incident. A second incident I was at the drive thru window and nobody was taking any orders. Just very frustrated, I wasted an entire lunch break and time. Very inconvenient.
Another pathetic experience at this location. No sugar in my coffee. When I went back in for them to correct it, of course it now has sugar. Is sugar really that expensive that Tim Hortons needs to tell their staff to not add sugar in a double double? Will it really save the bank? Will it really make that much of a difference on the bottom line expenses? I'll tell you what it will do. Stop regular customers from coming back.
