Great service and friendly staff! I visit this Tim Hortons at 4040 Creditview Rd a few times every month, and I’m always happy with the experience. The staff are quick, kind, and professional. My coffee and food are always fresh, and the place is kept clean. Highly recommended — thank you to the team!
I’ve given this Tim Hortons multiple chances, but every visit has been a bad experience. The customer service is consistently poor — staff are often rude, unprofessional, and careless. Orders are frequently wrong, items are missing, and there’s no effort to fix the issue or apologize. On my last visit during Camp Day, I wasn’t allowed to use my points — something that wasn’t announced or posted anywhere.
