If I could give zero stars, I would. The level of apathy and poor service at this Tim Hortons location is appalling. During my recent visit, it was abundantly clear that the staff simply do not care about customers or basic service standards. Customer service was horrible. I went thru the drive thru, was greeted with “yes?” I found that odd, but okay? Placed my order anyways. When I got to the window the payment machine was basically shoved in my face (with no conversation) not a “hello, how are you, here is your total ect” then I paid and was basically thrown my order, again with not one word spoken to me. today near 3:15 We found a hair in the Chipotle sauce we were served. When we brought this to the staff member’s attention, she initially told us to go throw the food and said she would provide us with another one. However, after almost five minutes, when i ask, she said it would take another 15 minutes to prepare a replacement. Her attitude throughout the interaction was rude and unprofessional.
