Have never seen a poor service as this in any Tim Horton drive through. Went twice in a day and both times they take my order and when I reach the window they don't have 1 item I ordered and then they ask me if I need anything else. Like I wanted potato wedges with my sandwich and had to settle for hashbrown. Second time I wanted blueberry muffin and then at the widow they say they don't have any muffins, only rasin bran. Great place for coffee. Staff is amazing.
I come here almost everyday and order the same thing, a simply bacon with no egg because I’m severely allergic. Some of the staff get it right but some struggle to the point where I could be back behind the computer figuring out for myself. It’s so simple yet I get charged a different price every time. I ordered once and it took them 10 minutes to figure out how to remove the egg as an option. When I got my “simply bacon” it was cold to the touch, almost completely frozen.
