Horrible service, unprofessional and rude staff. The level of customer service at this site is touching the bottom. The unprofessional, rude and manipulated adult staff cannot be real and their mean responses is not understandable. The way the manager and 2 other staff treated my daughter today about a not good coffee was horrible. Unfortunately it is a third world customer service it was way below the Canadian standards.
