Unbelievably slow service at the drive through. There was ONE person ahead of me, and guess what? 20 MINUTE WAIT. While the employees were inside sweeping, I had to get out of the car to tap on the window to make us known. And of course, both items we had ordered were sitting right in front of the window. It’s not normal to not realize there is customers waiting at the drive through. Do better.

Nous avons passé ce matin Nous sommes passés à ce Tim Hortons ce matin et l’expérience a été très décevante. Il n’y avait plus de pommes de terre déjeuner. Lorsque la personne au service a demandé à l’employé en cuisine quoi offrir comme alternative, celui-ci a répondu : « Je sais pas moi! Donne-y un beigne, quelque chose, on s’en fout! » Un commentaire très peu professionnel, surtout devant les clients.
