2 days ago I wrote a review regarding the phone hung up on and my London fogs not being made correctly. I called this morning to see if maybe their machine is broken I spoke to the manager on staff and she was very pleasant, very helpful. She also made sure i received a delicious London fog. I ended up telling her what happened. I came back to leave a positive review. She took care of business and also apologized eveb though she wasn't at fault and wasn't working that day.
