Today our Tim’s experience was a unicorn. The coffee and food came in good time and was correct. They had everything available that we asked for from the menu. The servers were friendly and efficient and spoke perfect English. The nexus of all these things at once - at a Tim Horton’s - made us look out the window to see if there was a solar eclipse.
The cashier was very polite and helpful, they made the food extra quick and didn’t forget anything on the order, and they worked together as a team preparing my order for me.
