Ordered bagel with butter and cheddar, my religious dietary restrictions prohibit any pork consumption, my bagel had pieces of bacon and I only noticed after having a quarter of it. I was truly disgusted, as I've worked in the food industry for years and know this could easily have been avoided and were this their own sandwich, they would not serve it this way to themselves with the same restrictions and care. Just got back from there. I ordered 7 donuts and a coffee in the drive thru. First of all, they took forever with my order. They finally gave me my order but coffee lid was not on correctly and I got a bunch of hot coffee in my car and on my leg. I got burnt on my thigh. They said "sorry it was a defective cup" and that was it. I drove away only to find out they charged me for 7 donuts and only gave me 6. As for the scalding coffee, I may be contacting a lawyer and pursuing legal assistance in pushing forward a claim!
Who in the right mind does marketing for this location. Why would you advertise things on the screen that are not available on the menu. Literally half the items.
