I have been to many, many Tim Hortons in Canada 🇨🇦 and specifically on Vancouver Island. One stands well above the rest, Tim Hortons in Mill Bay. Under the leadership of manager Logan, the incredibly excellent team of welcoming staff stands out for their caring, courtesy and customer service. We used the drive though in Mill bay, then kids had to go to washroom so we decided to go in one of the cleanest washrooms we been in decided to eat and the service food was excellent.
So rude. The young man at the drive thru, was rude, impolite and not at all curtious. We mearly requested sleeves for our coffees, napkins for our food, and asked nicely if we might get a tray for our 4 drinks. He basically threw the tray at us and huffed and growled at us for requesting the napkins and sleeves.
