Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Rude Staff I completely agree with the other negative reviews of this location. I visited this Tim Hortons on June 29th around 1 PM, and the experience was nothing short of frustrating. The staff was shockingly rude and seemed to be ignoring customers, causing the line to move incredibly slowly. One employee in particular—an older Caucasian woman—was especially unprofessional.
