Girl on counter messed up my order again. This us the second time milkshad has done this. I complained and they proceeded to talk and stars. Very poor service.
This is by far one of the worst Tim Hortons locations I’ve ever been to. The staff are not only rude and unprofessional, but their behavior borders on discriminatory. They treat certain customers with clear disrespect, as if serving them is a burden — talking back, rolling their eyes, and showing zero courtesy.
