About a week ago i bought a boston “cream” with no cream in the middle and this morning i bought a double stacker english muffin and they give me a regular egg and cheese English muffin, i work at a different tim hortons… come on guys do better seriously

This is unacceptable
Worst Tims ever
So many times I've gone through this drive though and so many times minor things are forgotten - butter, a plastic fork, things like that.... but i have never ever ordered not one, but two teas, and had someone forget to add the tea to the cup.... to make things worse, when i brought this to attention, I got a "sorry about that".... no replacment of tea, no gift card, nothing... they literally just carried on with their day... Its actually laughable how bad this service has gotten... No words really
