I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this Tim Hortons today. What I witnessed was honestly disturbing. While I was there, I saw a young employee get burned while working. She was clearly in pain and looked like she was unable to continue, but instead of being allowed to step away or receive proper help, she appeared to be pressured into continuing her shift.
